Its main mission is to build trusted digital archives for scholarship and scholars mainly in developing countries who lack reliable access to most scientific information. It presents scholarly information created by its members and aims to preserve their scientific work to assist in building research initiatives that promotes the discovery and use of these information resources for all mankind and especially for developing countries.
